What focal length would you use for head and shoulder shots and which for full length portraiture??

JoeV said:If you're using a 4x5 press camera for this application, just ensure that the bellows has enough extension for the 300mm lens. Keep in mind that for portraits, the subject is much closer to the camera than infinity, so the bellows draw will need to be more than 300mm.
For instance, I don't believe that an Anniversary 4x5 Speed Graphic bellows will extend to 300mm(i.e. 12 inches).
