I have the 50/1.4 E46 .7m pre-ASPH version and I couldn't be much happier with it. The two things I don't like are the pull out hood and the lack of a focus tab. Beside that it is sharp up close and focuses plenty close for my needs.

I really wish Cosina would make a their own version of the v3 pre-asph... they could call it a Nokton classic
