I found this on eBay, and am awaiting delivery. Dual focus Canon Sure Shot with 28mm and 48mm focal lengths.
Not much info on the web, it seems to be the "New" Sure Shot/Prima Twin/ Autoboy WT28 (World Traveler), not to be confused with the earlier "New" Sure Shot (AF35M2).

Bumping this thread because i'm curious if anyone has any other ideas 🙂 may have to take out my G2 with the 45 again and see what i get...but...i'm curious if there's something even smaller. 🙂 I see BTGC mentioned the silvi...anyone use this cam? Too bad it's 5.6 on the long end...there's also the DL500. Was thinking about going the CLE with 50 elmar 2.8 but....

Not fixed, but really small and quite good, the Olympus Stylus Zoom.
There were a few versions, later ones had longer but slower lens. Originals might have been 35-70? Lots of PJ folks carried them as backups.
Also similar, but heavy, the Contax TVS. Rollei made some similar ones too.

The Fuji Discovery Mini Dual AKA DL-500 has 28mm/45mm focal length. It's definitely one of my favorite P&S cameras that I've tried recently. It's almost certainly going to be a keeper for me (the lens versatility makes it much more valuable to me than the T4/T3/Stylus Epic/etc.). I've sen complaints that it's too soft at 28mm, which aren't unreasonable, but is not the case with the 45mm lens.
You mentioned really liking the Yashica T4 - Yashica also made a zoom P&S with T* coating the T-Zoom/T4 Zoom (28-70). Or any of those mentioned by others.
If you prefer something cheaper, I also really like the the Canon SureShot 120 Classic (or similar variations). It's an excellent performer (even with slides) for the price. As are the Minolota/Olympus offerings. Really, most late vintage zooms are high quality and can likely be found at your local thrift shop for the change in your couch.

The Nikon TW 20 has a 35/55mm dual focus lens.

In digital cameras, the Ricoh GXR configured with A12 50mm Macro camera unit is a superb 50mm "point and shoot" (if you want to use it that way) with 1:2 macro capability. An excellent camera... 🙂
