50mm Summicron Rigid focus lock

Hey Everyone,

Quick question, what is the best way to disable the focus lock on this lens without damaging it?

At the back of the lock there is a flat screw with two indents. Using a pair of needle nose pliers - unscrew it and pop out the lock/spring and put it somewhere safe. This ensures that you will never find it again.
If you are going to keep the lens"forever" you can grind off the catch to to make it smooth.
