I think we will have to destroy all the existing photos of HCB. He does not even reach 30MP.

Interesting, though probably a logical next step for the A7R line.
This is labeled as an A7R in the image comment but has pixel dimensions of 56MP, so I'm guessing if it's a prototype then it's an A7R II (which makes sense now that the A7 II has been out a little while).

There are quite some awful artefacts to her hair and eyebrows and None of the detail looks really sharp (may be a lens though - given the chromatic aberrations I guess that it was not taken with the Otus 55 lens which would probably be able to deliver this high resolution) - this makes me wonder whether it is not simply up-rezzed photo from A7r ...
