Hi.
I've found home coding quick and easy, my preferred method, a small dab of black nail varnish in the right place. Job done.
However, I bought a 21mm Elmarit (pre) yesterday, dab of nail varnish, no joy. To get the camera to recognise it I had to put a drop of correction fluid on top of the screw, next to the black dab. It works fine, but correction fluid sits a little uneasy with me, not sure how well it will cope with humidity or whatever.
Does anyone have any other suggestions for 'whiting out' screw heads on lens mounts? I'd try a drop of model enamel, but am concerned it would prove tricky to pick out if the mount ever needs to be removed.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Ted.
