This rarity arrived yesterday:
I made a couple of test exposures with it last night. There's a bit of a learning curve involved, but I'm looking forward to it.
Notice that I actually made a mistake when I took these photos and had it rotated upside down on the tripod ... ;-)

I believe it was an Impossible project that they opted out of before it went into full production, or cancelled shortly after production began. 500 units were built and they were sold off to a couple of distributors, like MiNT and SuperSense.
I know MiNT had ten of them; they sold out in a day or two.

That's conjecture, of course. Just wanted to be clear.
I've spent a little time working with the 66/6 camera. The challenging issue is exposure, particularly in low light. Between the small apertures (f/89 and f/178), variable bellows extension, reciprocity, and the long process times (particularly for color), it's quite challenging. And lots of fun!

I think you are mistaking the Arca-Swiss Monoball P0 ball head with RRS BR-II Lever Action Clamp for a tripod mount ...
The camera has a standard 1/4-20 tripod screw mount in the base. I've fitted a 2" long A-S camera plate, fitted it to my tripod with the above ball head setup, and rotated the head 90° to put the camera upright for picture taking.

Great find Godfrey. You will have fun with that and you did not need to build or modify it yourself...

I sent a note to Impossible Project support, looking for reciprocity data on their films. They didn't have charts available, I'll have to develop my own, but suggested that I use the SX-70 emulsion rather than the 600 emulsion. I'll be doing a lot of experimenting, I suspect.
fun fun fun...
