6x9 photos Only

A whole lot of great photos. A 6x9 photo just seems to stand out with all the real estate there.

divewizzard - A lot of really great photos you have. I really liked the Summer of Color for the colors. And that is a nice self portrait in the bumper of the old Chevvy.

Mr. Fibble - Nice shot of weapons. Especially the grease gun. One of the more interesting weapons of WWII. I forget what it cost to make, but as weapons go, it was pennies. I think it was under $20, but whatever, cheap for the time and utility.

Thank you. I seems get the highest percentage of good shots with the Fuji 6x9s.

I like how you used the shallow DOF to isolate the subject from the background.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for that. Your photographs and advice were what started me with all this medium format shennanigans in the first place.

Just finally managing to get my head round how shallow the DOF is with MF compared to the M4/3 I 'used' to use :D

That shot was F4 from memory. F3.5 is just too shallow and at some time I think I need to get the range finder checked as it seems to be focusing just slightly in front of the subject.

Cheers
