But the Tessina ran infinitely long on a single set of missing batteries. Even my Casio WQV-2 ran half a year on one CR2032 cell. Given the current state of smartwatches, I suspect this one to require daily recharging...

I have a Pebble watch with an e-ink screen. Don't have to recharge it for something like two weeks.

Anything else with a traditional display and more features, I agree, daily charging. If they offered it with induction charging, that would help.

I'll admit it's been a while, but didn't it have a camera once it became a TV phone? Seems like I remember two people could see each other as they communicated.
