I have a Domke F2 which I love but it would be nice to also have a mini bag/pouch for quick walks or don't need to bring too much gear with me.
The F2 is a large bag designed by and for working photojournalists using multiple bodies.
But Domke offers terrific bags of all sizes. The Classic line models are made in USA.

Nice, but I can get a leather bag for that price..

I rather have a Moop if I'm spending $195.
Next bag more likely to be a Tenba DNA bag though.

Interesting.
I went back and looked at Kickstarter...
For this bag: 2,589 backers pledged $705,927 (58 days to go!)
For the recent Film Ferrania Factory retool: 5,582 backers pledged $322,420
Hmmm.
Those numbers don't lie, do they? My comment addresses more the idea of being able to do quite well with what's already available on the market. I'm not immune from wanting the newest of some awesome, well designed item but I'm also more aware of personally having all that I really need, and if we (collectively) stopped supporting the endless flood of gadgets designed to keep us happy and content instead of noticing what needs fixin' in the real world, then we might, just might move a bit forward.
I've read so many posts here about closets stuffed with bags of all sorts, and I'm guilty of this too, though not nearly as much as some who will go un-named (though I did buy one of his bags

A F-5XB would be nice and is on my wishlist.
For now I ordered a Lowepro Terraclime 100 since I won one for $35 shipped to Canada.

Indeed. My take (shock?) is that this may go to 1 million -for a bag!

Let me know how it is.
They have an F2 knockoff, for around the same price.
It looks almost ideal for some storage/organisation/light use I have in mind.
I'm used to sling bags so I'm curious about how sturdy these knockoffs are.

what?
Way too fashionably over-techy for my taste.
Functionally, it looks like a domke (I have 3) with glitzy hardware.

Whilst watching the video, I was curious about who the world's most followed photographer is.
I've just looked him up, apparently people still have a taste for brutally overcooked HDR.
