Maybe I'm too much nostalgic..I'm dreaming about a digital M without display and buttons but with old shutter and advance lever..the only change is the M9 sensor in place of film.
Why not?
My understanding is that digital film prototypes (working) have been developed for the M body but has yet to be marketed. I'm still holding out hope that it will be available to the consumer retail market one day.

Seriously, I remember the advertising words "less is more" of some years ago.. today we have more buttons, displays, thicker bodies, cumbersome lenses, functions, learning curves, programs.. With my little provocation I would like don't forget the essence of a good photography, something made of mind and heart.
