A love story

We just had our 36th anniversary the other day. No celebrating, just another day in the life. I've always spoiled her with sewing machines, she has allowed me to par take in my car hobby. Now that I'm retired the cars are gone, the sewing machines are still there and being well used. I've got a few cameras I play with too. Life is OK.

Hey, sewing machines? I'll bet she could sew up THE perfect camera bag.:D

Ahhh ..... amore!

On an early date in NYC, my Minolta jammed solid.
??? huh ???
New girlfriend / current wife: Can a camera break if you, say, drop it off, say, a hotel bed?
Okay, mystery of the jammed Minolta solved.

Two months later, I let her drive my RX7 and she wrecked the transmission by trying to shift into reverse at 60mph. When it wouldn't go in easily she had her friend (in the passenger seat) help her pull the shifter harder.

So, I married her with the agreement that she stay away from my toys until death us do part.
