Bike Tourist
Well-known
It started small. I was happily using my Nikon digital gear. Then, in a fit of nostalgia, I thought it would be nice to have a little black Bessa T with a CV 35/2.5. And it was. So nice, in fact, that I got a 90 Elmarit to go with the outfit.
I started to use film, of course, and found I even used it for stock photography and scanned the negs. One particular stock house didn't like that much since their idea of a perfect image was something set up, totally artificial and exhibiting no texture whatever — just a plastic-like surface to everything. I stopped submitting to them because I didn't want to stop using the little T.
The next step was to trade part of my Nikon gear for an M6 TTL 0.85 and . . . well, you know the rest . . . more lenses. The good part was that after finally selling all the Nikon stuff I had lots of money left over!
Until today.
Today, I encountered an unused M7 locally. It was priced right. Now, there is no money left over — just a great rangefinder system.
I suppose you've heard this story before. 🙂
