There's just something about the sonnar look that is really appealing in B&W especially. This lens seems just sharp enough without being too "clinical".

The 50 year old one was never a problem to focus!
Well, on a Nikon maybe it was a problem to focus. But not on this Nikon. The Body is optimized for the lens.
where do these rumors come from!

Where did you focus? The eyes or the sleeve? The first image looks more "in focus" to me 🙂
