I'm currently working on a project shot with four different cameras (two Epsons and two Canon DSLRs). In order to have a some consistency in the look of the final B&W files, I've been experimenting with ways to match the look of the B&W files made by PhotoRAW (from ERF). It's not exact, but I can get a pretty close match using Epson color files (conv. from ERF in PhotoRAW) and setting the channel mixer in PS CS to Red 30, Green 40, Blue 30. Obviously, the Canon color files have a different look to them but, when converted to B&W using this recipe, they seem to match fairly well with the Epson files.
FYI, in case someone else finds that useful.
