Can anyone tell me where I can find a Voigtlander Prominent to Leica M-mount adapter made by Aamedao (?)

Amedeo used to modify SLR lenses to M mount, and I waited too long to ask him to modify for me the Zeiss 50mm/1.4 from Rollei QBM to M.Now he does not do such conversions anymore. He is too busy making adapters.
