I just received my A&A ACAM-E25R strap from PopFlash, and it just may be the camera strap I've been seeking for years!
I like to wear my camera cross-body, and I'm currently shooting with an R-D1s and an X100. I've tried the Luma Cinch (original), LeicaGoodies strap, Y-Strap and a Tamrac N-45 -- but they all leave something to be desired. The Luma mounts to the tripod socket, so the camera hangs oddly, and can't be set down on its base. The LeicaGoodies is too short, and the split ring heavily wears the single strap lug on the camera. The Y-Strap is too wide, so the split ring is too big; and it's too adjustable -- I need to kludge something to tie down the excess. The Tamrac is a good length, but the suede pad doesn't let it slide easily on my shoulder to bring the camera up; and it's not easily adjustable to cinch the camera close to the body for active movement.
The E25R exhibits none of the above problems! In "Guns, Germs and Steel", Jared Diamond posits that the secret to success is mostly a matter of avoiding a variety of failure modes. I would say that this strap -- finally, at long last -- succeeds!
I got the strap in khaki for my R-D1s, so maybe I'll get another in black for the X100....

That does look good. Do the buckles, etc get in the way when shooting?

No, the buckles are fine. I don't actually need the normal length adjustment buckle that rides to the rear, but it doesn't get in the way.
I used the strap with on my R-D1s all day today, with small and large lenses, and it's still in the running for last strap I'll ever need...
