Yes.

For Leica R lenses, buy the Leica R Adapter M. This is a beautifully made and finished adapter with very accurate mount registration. It also had a six bit code that enables the camera to provide you with the ability to choose the correct R lens profile designed for your lens, which improves the lens's rendering qualities and embeds the correct information into the EXIF data. It also includes a removable tripod mount to help balance the camera with a Leica R lens fitted.

For M42 screw threaded lenses, buy a quality M42 to Leica M mount adapter. The ones from RayQual and Novoflex are the best I've seen, with consistent mount registration and excellent finish.
