Adaptor ring ?

I have seen adaptors to fit a screwmount lens to a M mount camera but do they make any that go the other way? M Mount to screwmount? And if so link me to a good site. I am shopping for an M camera but have a nice M lens I would like to use on my IIIa if possible. Thanks.

I'm afraid that's not possible. The flange to film plane distance is less on the LTMs. That's why you can convert from LTM to M but not vice-versa.

By design, the M mount is larger than the LTM one and also further from the film plane. This is to allow the use of LTM glass on the M mount. So a M lens will not fit physically in an LTM mount so there can be no adapter.
