Has anyone actually done this? Any idea how much it might cost, and how long it might take? Finally: Any way to add 75mm framelines to an M3?
Details: I've got a great M4, and my trusty old M3 DS. I never use anything longer than 90 on a RF, and these days I rarely use even a 90. I've borrowed a 75 Summarit from a friend (nice lens!) and find that the 35/75 combo fits me really, really well; so now, I'm rarely using a 50.
I've got the 1:1 CV 75 viewfinder, and it works. And I know about guesstimating 75mm coverage from the 50 or 90 lines. But it would be a lot more convenient to have actual 75mm framelines in the camera. I hate to clutter up the M4 viewfinder, but it would be nice to have some framelines that I actually use. And an M3 with 75 lines could be pretty nice.
