Adobe Photoshop help please.

Well I have hit some buttons and everything has gone to hell, tried everything even reading my book but nothing solves the issues. Turned off and on and it still starts up where I left off.
Is there a reset to factory settings for this program, if so please help.

Do you mean that the tools and/or panels are not in the right place?
If that's the problem, did you save the workspace? (menu: Windows\Workspace\New Workspace...). If you did, then just re-load it. If you didn't, then you'll have to re-position everything. Then... save it!

If that isn't the problem, then give us more detail.
