Agfa apx 400 expired

I have some rolls of expired (2006?) Agfa apx 400, the back of the film is blue and grey but the silver side seems ok. Is it still usable ?

I don't see why it wouldn't be. And that sounds like the normal color. As long as it was kept in reasonable condition, you should be able to use it.

Five years isn't that long, in terms of black and white film.

Thanks for the reply. I thought that the normal color of the back of the film should be black.
