Happened yesterday,
I just started develop myself again some weeks ago. I use Rodinal 1:25 as I hadn´t heard of the benefits of 1:50. So I decided to ask here instead of consulting the datasheets.
What would you recommend to compensate the overexposure of an Agfapan 400?

First be not afraid to overexpose APX400, it works very well in that sense, better tonality and shadow detail than at 400.
Then look in the Massice Development Chart first http://digitaltruth.com/devchart.html
then do the math, it says 10 minutes for EI200, so I'd go for 7.5 or 8 for Ei100
