This is the bag I've been using for my M's over the past month. It's the Pine, by Alchemy Goods:

Specs, from that page:
- Durable, water resistant exterior constructed from upcycled inner tubes
- Durable shoulder strap made from upcycled seatbelt
- Zippered exterior pocket
- Presta valve zipper pull
- Internal slip pocket and 3 pen pockets
- 10" (L) x 4" (W) x 8.5" (H)

This is a very small, soft-feeling, stretchy, water resistant bag made of recycled materials. Not much padding, but you can fit in two Domke inserts, as I have here; I took these right out of my F803. My favorite feature of this bag is the flap. It doesn't need to be latched/hooked (it's velcro) and is really long, stretching all the way to the bottom; it also flares out along the top of the bag (unlike the equivalent Freitag products), so that rain will not get in at the corners. The seatbelt strap is VERY comfortable compared to the Domke, and it slides on your shoulder, keeping the bag at the same angle regardless of how much you're moving around.

I also think it is about a hundred times cooler looking than anything Domke makes, but that's entirely subjective.

Neat idea from these folks and it looks like good execution as well. I hope you give an update in 6 months or so with regards to durability. Are you going to customize it with a few tube patches here and there? The big question is, "does it give you that great bike shop smell?". I managed a shop for 20 years prior to becoming a pastor 4 years ago. Working there everyday, you don't smell that smell. But everytime I go back to my old shop to visit, the smell makes me smile and feel like a kid again. Thanks for letting us know about something that we would not see at most camera shops. Sounds like another perfect bag for me to add to the collection!

In terms of looks, no accounting for taste

Velcro on the flap is bad news for some (noisy).

I also prefer strap that grips shoulder, not slides on shoulder

But hey, whatever floats your boat! (you could inflate the inner tubes)
