Just thought I'd share..

Somewhere around October last year, I had a roll of Neopan 1600 processed and printed, and it was so disappointing that I mothballed the Bessa-T, and 25mm and 50mm lenses. Put them in a box, put the box somewhere on the attick, and took nothing but the dslr with me for months. And that's how it would have stayed, if I hadn't found another roll of Neopan in the fridge, and thought.. hey, let's finish this off and be done with it!

Funny thing is, I don't thing I'm through with the RF at all now. It was like meeting an old friend. Taking pictures with it was quality time. Also got prints back that were much nicer than I remember getting the last time round..

I think I'll stick with the RF a little longer..

Quicky scan, sorry for the (absence of) white balance, CV25@f8/neopan 1600.. doesn't even do the print justice..

As soon as I can figure out something that meets the crime, I will give you your penance. The very idea ... !!!!

😀 😀 😀

I think we all get burned out on different aspects of the photographic process from time to time. If we are lucky, like you, we try it again and remember when we liked it in the first place.

Welcome back.
