It's not all that unusual for people to put idiotic prices on things on eBay - then to hoppe for the best. The real question is - does anyone fall for it. Sometimes, perhaps, but usually no, I would think - especially for items like this which are common and hence real market prices for which are readily established.
Besides the only person who would pay this kind of price for an old film camera would be a collector and most collectors are simply too knowledgeable to fall for such a obvious and silly stunt.
