Great news! I'm still using and enjoying a Contax to Leica LTM which works very well. It will also couple to the Leica M with suitable adapter.

Highly recommended. I have both - his Contax and Nikkor to Leica adapters. They work exactly as he describes. Opens the use of the heritage lens that my family enjoys so much.

I have only one adapter for Contax lenses mounted on M bodies. I do not have a Nikon system.
