Wonderful photograph Lynn, really, you should consider making large photo book of these superb shots and add extracts from your diary. It might or might not be a commercial proposition but as a personal record for family and friends it would take pride of place and you would feel very good about it. Tim

I fully agree, @lynnb could make several copies and distribute them to family and friends, and maybe do what @Godfrey does and submit a copy to the Library of Congress. This way, the book would live semi-forever in a library. I'm thinking of doing the equivalent in Australia, perhaps even submitting copies to local libraries, too.

A very brief stop here and the light was unsuitable for photography. I took this record shot of our small tour group, and one other which was unremarkable.

Travelling between Monument Valley and Canyon de Chelley via highways 163, 160, Indian Route 59 and highway 191. The landscape is very similar to semi-arid parts of rural Australia.
