I have been there often. It is the one store I like to browse, but never buy. The items are on consignment. The prices vary. The quality ratings are not accurate in my opinion. Once you walk out the door there is a no return policy. It is not even the most interesting shop in Tokyo. It is nice place to visit because in around the Lemon there are better and friendly stores.
I agree 100% with Mike. Its a crap shoot buying at Lemonsha.
The staff there are also pretty vigilant about people taking photos. If they spot you they'll stop you. So I'm surprised the guy was able to take so many photos inside the store.
