During the recent railway block, the track at Hinksey was removed, a huge trench dug so a culvert could be placed in for flood alleviation (Oxford is pretty known for its flooding!)

Couldn't agree more. I've worked in a variety of professions over the years and have always been fascinated by what it looks like behind the scenes to keep all of the cogs within a business running.
