ANGLE VIEWFINDER M & Digital Ms

I can't seem to find an easy answer on Leica or retailers websites..

But does the "ANGLE VIEWFINDER M" work on M 240 ?
The $320 seems egregious, but if it does the job..

I think that you should take a look at the Leica EVF or find used/new Olympus VF-2. That is if your main use would be on the M 240. The Leica EVF is more money but is more useful, it is a rebadged Olympus VF-2.

Had the EVF a year or two ago, and didn't use it much.
Don't really like the increased latency/noise of shooting with live view on the M240. Nor did I like focusing with it.. All felt kinda clunky.

It should work the viewfinder configuration is the same as M8 and M9.

Jaap, I always wondered: since the angle VF has additional magnification, which frame-lines can you still see ? Say on type 240 ? Thanks !
