I got back a roll of film today that was taken with the Summilux 35mm/1.4 Asph and some old Kodal Royal 100 film that I had in the refrigerator. This amazing lens is not mine, and I already have mailed it back to its owner. There will be some lack of sharpness due to using a slow shutter speed and not using a tripod, but I like such images of my family.

Resize them please.
Theres an option on imagshack, use that.

Sorry about the large sized images, but this was not planned. Regular files were ordered, but a few images are super sized somehow. I used photobucket to downsize the images here.

Well, how do you view these Summilux photos? As stated above, I used very slow shutter speeds hand held.
By the way, I LOVE how the Summilux performs at window light!

By the way, Magus, I am expecting back the last four rolls of lens testing any day. They will include three Nikkor lenses and eight LTM/M mount lenses. Maybe I should post the results as a learning quiz for everyone to enjoy? Here,we have more affordable lenses among the group of lenses tested. so more users could comment.

Cheers,

I am currently testing some ADOX CMS 20 ASA with my Summilux its supposed to be the finest and sharpest B&W film available (allegedly) I'll post some once I have developed some

Hi Silva,

What is the cost of such film?
I doubt it that we will be able to "see" the finer points with such film when seing posted images here. I am doing the same wishful thing by posting images by EFKE 25.

True! but it is fun to try 😀 I'll likely not process them until next weekend, but we will see.

I bought a pack for five films with 'special' ADOX developed for £18.99 from here :

I'm pretty sure this film is identical to the SPUR Orthopan UR, which I keep going on about. I really like it - the low speed isn't a problem on sunny days.
