Another telephoto lense recommendation needed.

Hello to everybody.
I'm looking for a "new" telephoto lens for my Nikon S3 and I can´t decide between a Nikkor-P.C 2/8,5cm, Nikkor-P.C 2,5/10,5cm or a Voigtländer S-Apo-Lanthar 3,5/85mm. The lense speed isn´t a real problem, because I usually shoot with 400ASA films anyway.
Has anyone experience with the 3 lenses and can tell me about the quality of the images. I want the lens rather than a collector's item, but it is meant for everyday use. And for the price: The Lanthar lens will cost about 600 € "new" and approx 450€ used (estimated 850$ and 640$). Can someone possibly tell me what current street prices for the other two above mentioned lenses are.

I am totally perplexed, the price difference is incredible. I convert the purchase price multiple times until I believed it. With the difference I can even book almost a flight to Japan (okay, only a one way ticket).

I've used all three of these. The one I kept was a black Nikkor-P 8.5cm f2.

85/3.5 Apo Lanthar - modern, sharp, light. Great little lens.

Nikkor-P 8.5cm f2 - a little soft wide open but sharpens up when stopped down, medium contrast, sonnar bokeh, chrome version is heavy, black version is a lot lighter, the lens that built Nikon's reputation.

Nikkor-P 10.5cm f2.5 - a really good lens, a good copy is sharp wide open, sonnar bokeh, quite heavy.

Locally, the Nikkor-P 8.5cm in chrome goes for around 15,000 to 40,000 yen, and the black version goes for anywhere from 40,000 yen to 100,000 yen. The Nikkor-P 10.5cm goes for around 15,000 yen to 40,000 yen.

Of course I've noticed this is for an S3, but, after having owned both the 105 and the 85 for a while, the only telephoto lens which I kept for my Nikon RF system is my late black Nikkor-Q-C 135/3.5 which costed me $65.- and came in like new condition with original hood, caps, and UV filter.

Of course I have a Nikon SP to use it w/o any external viewfinder, but with a little practice it's easy to use it on the S3 by framing w/ the 105 frame.

You may realize that you very seldom use telephoto lenses with a RF camera, so, having just one cheap (yet optically excellent, by all means) lens of that kind may be interesting...

Thanks for the quick and helpful response.

I had almost forgotten. In Germany is levied on the sale price and the shipping customs duty of 6.7% (especially or lenses) and then again 19% VAT. But even then, it is still cheaper than in Germany, even if only slightly.
