Another vuescan question, sorry!

..Hi!

I am trying to get scanning with Vuescan and Plustek 8100.
I have downloaded the new version 32 bit Vuescan and the drivers for the scanner but VS keeps telling me either that no driver has been found or no scanner has been found..I downloaded the drivers and re installed the Plustek quite a few times..I don't know what to do..I hate computers!

Any help would be brilliant..
