Why yes Ma'am - it folds
Where can I purchase ANR glass besides from Betterscanning? I'm looking to buy it cut to fit the Epson 120 film holders that came with my V500 scanner? Or at least buy a piece that I can cut myself to fit my holder. Is this something that is carried by framing shops under a different moniker?

I believe you are looking for Focal Point http://fpointinc.com/ a retailer of ANR glass for scanner use.

I don't know of any in the UK, but I got mine from here http://www.scanassist.org/files/scanassist_en.pdf - shipping to the UK was quick and reasonable.Any sources in the UK?

Buy the cheapest picture frame with anti-glare glass. It's basically the same as ANR glass. Paid for mine (I use it with an Epson V500) around 2-3€.

Unrelated thread hijack - love your avatar. Did you have a family member that flew in the Mighty 8th? My grandfather was in the 390th BG, 571st BS.

As stated above. I got a picture framer to cut me some anti-reflective glass for use with the better scanning frame, which I used on my Epson flatbed, and it worked perfectly. Just remember to put the matt side against the film.
Make sure they grind off the edges a little so you don't cut your fingers. Blood is probably tricky to remove from a neg.

So how do you use it with the holders? Do you need special holders to use glass inserts? Because I hate my V600's holders and could get some glass cut, but does 'normal' glass fit in the stock holders?
