Any difference between the old and new Kodak Black and White C41 film?

is there any difference between the old and new bw c41 film?
is the 400CN considered the new film
and the 24 exposure film the old film?

actually i am just not sure...

Do you mean the difference between t400cn and bw400cn and kodak porta 400bw. I'd like to know too if there's much difference between them, if any. Shouldn't be any difference between a 24 or 36 exposure roll.
