Any news on the M9 firmware update ?
Hopefully it addresses the slow SD formatting

A Leica rep told me via Twitter that we'd get better SD card support in the 'still to be announced firmware update.'

Nobody at Leica noticed that SD cards formatted slowly before releasing the camera? Somebody should actually use theses cameras before they are released into the wild. It's not just Leica, either.

Care to share more on this? Or is it just wishful thinking? Whatever the case, it is high time a new firmware was released to AT LEAST fix the card formatting issue.
