Any pay alternatives for classifieds?

I asked the Bartender awhile back, but got no answer so I'll try again. I'm stuck in So. Korea with no American credit card and no Paypal. Can I pay in advance for say 10 ads w/ a USA bank MO in USD, then list my ads one or two at a time?

The question has been answered a number of times, the trick is to find one of the threads in which it was discussed. Unfortunately, no. For ease of use (admittedly ease of RFF not the seller) Paypal is the only payment method.
