We should show Todd's picture to Leitz and ask them if they can offer a "Magnum style worn black chrome" type. 😉

For me it needs to be black. I was not sure about the red dot, though, but I really like it.
And for the leather I was torn between "mocca" and "racing green" and chose the latter one. I LOVE that colour! Reminds of the old Jaguars. 🙄

Later is now...so, maybe the dream would be an MP like this...or maybe in black. If silver, I would include my signature:

The chrome MP with green leather is my ideal too.
Would have my signature engraved in top and kids names & dob on the back. No re-sale value but priceless to me.

I am quite happy with what I have. The camera is getting some heavy use and is showing already some major marks without any damage to its functionality. But if I had to configure, it would look like the one above.

I ended up with a silver MP with black leather, engraving "ERSATZ M3".

It would have cost about 10 times more than a real M3 😀

A great way to waste a little time at work. M7, black chrome, "classic" engraving, lizard-like, .58, otherwise standard M7.
