Its a fake! I think its an Industar 61 made to look like a noctilux. Those Russian craftsmen can do amazing things.

This is rediculous.
They have produced a number of prototypes, as any sensible company would do.
and then, they put the best one into production.
Hence all you get is a second grade lens for a super premium price.
I bet the current version is much better than this one.
If it does sell, this points towards the road to recovery for Leica.
Just produce 100 prototypes of every new item taken into production.
If all of these sell for 30K, that is 3 Million in the pocket.
With an overall sales of 107 Million that is significant!!
