Anyone ever use Agfa Studional film developer?

Went to pick up some HC-110 today & on the shelf was 3 bottles of Agfa Studional. Noticed it's listed on the Massive Dev.Chart but would like to here your thoughts on it. Is it economical to use? I'm not familure with it, but courious.

Over at APUG you'll find some comments. It also goes/went under the name "Rodinal Special" although it is nothing like Rodinal.
