Anyone from Belgium here?

years ago I was working in Brussels and one day went to find what I think was a national photography museum. It was some distance south of Brusells and I got lost and ended up in a steel town before eventually finding my way to right place. I was trying to find it on the web but can't remember the name of the town or the museum and search though I have, I can't find any trace.
Can anyone suggest where and what it was called. Perhaps a bit east of Charleroi I think but maybe Charleroi itself but in that vicinity.

Was a great place with fabulous collection of prints.
