They certainly exist. 100 black paint IIIfs for the Swedish army and a further 125 IIIgs also for the same customer. I suspect ther may be others, someone else will know more.

done at the Factory in the 50's
which turned her into

I would love to see some photos of your III...is that a b? Anyway, I think any III model painted black by a reputable person would be absolutely stunning and that could be a match up with my M3 some day...😉
