i know they are different beasts for different hunters...

but talk about each one, which you use more & why...if you could keep only one...likes & dislikes...

Well, I wouldn't even consider the 90mm for my work. I don't like the compressed perspective for candids. Obviously this is a highly subjective preference.

The 35/2 is fast and quiet. The narrow size appeals to me as well. I also appreciate the how the the raw files render with this lens. The manual 1/3 aperture stops are nice to have. The flare/ghosting control is at a high level similar to the other XF primes

I dislike the relatively high barrel-distortion software correction parameters. This doesn't seem to have a practical disadvantage though. In fact, the technical reviews I can find mention the reliance on software barrel-distortion correction without criticism with respect to the lens' rendering.
