Anyone know how to attach a jobo lift to a jobo cpe 2 processor? By the manula, some models could be screw others have to be glue? Is this right?

It's been a while, but the one I had used a screw. The screw was on the bottom of the lift. The screw then slides into a opening on the processor. This arrangement makes it difficlult to find the point where the connection of the screw is tight enough to hold, but the screw has enough cleaence to attach to the processor.
I did the lift made the processor more effiecient to use.
I think you may need to add cogs to the lids of your tanks as well?

It can be screwed on on any CPE-2 you are likely to encounter, only the earliest CPE-2 revision did not have the lid enforced and pre-drilled for the lift screws, so that the base had to be glued on there. But these weren't intended for lift use, and have a reputation for motor controller failures when overloaded by the lift.
On lift-ready CPE-2's there are a few V4 screws included with which you attach the lift base to the motor cover. The lift itself is then angled into a slot of the base at its right side, and secured with the finger screw underneath the hose.

Why do I think mine is one of those. Can not see any place to the lift be screw on the processor...

The number of CPE-2's sold in the first year or two is very much smaller than that sold in the following 25, so chances are you have a later one. It is not obvious on the later models either - the enforcements and pre-drilling are invisibly on the bottom side of the motor cover.
Detach the lift from its base (as I said, it is secured with a small finger screw somewhere underneath the hose), place the base on the motor case (IIRC there is a finger at the front of the base that has to be aligned to some detail next to the motor shaft to ensure the proper positioning). If it can successfully be screwed to the motor case through the screw holes in the base, you have a later one. If the screws break loose before they can come tight, it is a old, thin cover one, and has to be additionally secured with plastics glue.

My cpe-2 is a type 4060 nr 4423, at least it is what I read in the silver sticker on the side. The lift says cpe-2 too. This morning I experimented placing the lift base and see what you said sevo, about correct positioning and then try to srew and I think it srew all the way and become tight.
