It can be screwed on on any CPE-2 you are likely to encounter, only the earliest CPE-2 revision did not have the lid enforced and pre-drilled for the lift screws, so that the base had to be glued on there. But these weren't intended for lift use, and have a reputation for motor controller failures when overloaded by the lift.
On lift-ready CPE-2's there are a few V4 screws included with which you attach the lift base to the motor cover. The lift itself is then angled into a slot of the base at its right side, and secured with the finger screw underneath the hose.
