Anyone using the Sony Alpha adapter

Just wondering if anyone's actually using the Sony Alpha mount adapter with their Nex? I was toying with picking one up but I have a sneaking suspicion I've just got a GAS attack.

It works. AF on certain lenses--it's slow. Well made. Can control aperture on quite a few lenses but certainly not all.

About 170USD vs 25USD for non-electrical adapter.
