Yes, I do anyway (Aperture version 3.5).
At least, I have done an update with Lion relatively recently to include new Cameras.

I thought that I had read it would not work...I'm thinking of trying to learn aperture and raw development of my fuji files.

I'm running Aperture 3.4.5 on Mac OS 10.7.5 (I think that is Lion) and it works fine. Although I must say Aperture does not do RAW conversion on files from newer cameras as well as Lightroom does. I'm using Lightroom 4.4 and it does a much better job with RAW conversion of files from a Nikon D4 and a Nikon 1 V2.

Joe, I found Aperture very intuitive and pleasant to figure out. I use it with RAW files from my Leica D-lux 4, M8.2, and X100. It won't work on RAW with my X-10 or D-Lux 6, so I shoot JPEGS on those. I bought Lightroom so I could shoot RAW on the X10. But finding it a lot less intuitive and rather frustrating, I have more or less given up on it.

that's what i have as well…
i learned to use pse and i'm comfortable with it.
i got a free copy of lightroom with one of my fujis and i'm not liking learning it.
thought i'd try aperture as they have converters for the xp1/xe1 and i have heard it's user friendly plus it's pretty cheap.
i have been using jpeg on the xe-1 and liking it…but i feel the need to return to raw.
