App to keep track of your shooting

anybody use an app (for iOS) to keep track of major parameters when shooting film? I can never seem to consistently have a note book with me. I suppose i could take a picture of the settings on the camera with the iPhone! Anyone have a process they like?

I have tried but it's double action and I just forget.

PhotoExif is good and as the name suggests allows you to export Exif data for scans.
