Just returned from a trip to Jamaica and shot Freestyle's Arista.EDU Ultra 400 in my M6 with the ZM Biogon 35mm.
Developing in Diafine (3+3) with an adjusted e.i. of 320 the results are really good to my eye. Long tones, low grain, nice and sharp. As with most Diafine developed negs they need a little adjustment to bring out the contrast.
Here are a few in my gallery.
Here are the rest (unedited) on flickr.
The unedited flickr shots were bulk scanned on a flatbed with auto exposure so the consistency isn't that great. I'll add to my gallery once I edit and scan with the Minolta Scan Elite II film scanner.
I now have two bricks of Fuji Neopan 400 to go through but may return to the Arista - hard to beat $2.29 a roll at quantity.
