Kevin,
I emailed him about getting five soft releases, and he will charge me $6.60 for priority mail. I will try to send him the request to use first class envelope.

My 2 releases arrived. I screwed one into my GSN and the other fit my Bessa R perfectly.

Well - I purchased three of these when I saw this thread. They're cheap and good. However, I couldn't get it to work on my GSN, it just wouldn't catch the threads. Maybe it has to do with the year it was made? Where it was made? Donno.
I'm using the others. One I temporarily "mislaid", one is on my Zorki 4 since that doesn't have a leaf shutter. The other is "perfect" on my Fujica Compact Deluxe. It really helps that camera. That camera (which I absolutely love) has a bit of a wonky shutter release - lots of mechanics going on with this one, and it's possible to catch a spot where the film advance is released but the shutter doesn't fire. The shutter doesn't fire until the release reaches the top of the camera and requires a little more pressure than usual. In addition to the other benefits, the extra "space" from using the soft release really allays this idiosyncracy of this camera.
